Santiago

I don't think I ever posted a picture of Santi to the blog, isn't he the cutest thing? I never ever thought I could love a dog so much!
**Me parece que nunca subi una foto del Santi al blog, no que es adorado? Nunca pense que le podia tener tanto cariño a un perrito :)

Aca esta Santiago de verdad/Here is "the real" Santiago:

& here's the crocheted version/& aca esta la version en crochet ;)
I just posted the pattern in the shop :)
Recien subi el patron al sitio :)

Today we went to Oli's Kindergarten's play, and they were all so amazingly cute!
How on earth did she grow up so fast? I can't believe she's going to be a first grader!
That's it for today, I have the worst headache :(
Hope you are feeling good, the week's almost over!
Hug!

Abrazo fuerte!

  1. Wow, what a cute dog! The real one and the crocheted clone. :)

I'd also like to say that you're an inspiration to me. I really love your book, Amigurumi World, and am probably the only avid teenage crocheter in the country because of your adorable creatures, haha. Your patterns inspire me to come up with my own original works and hopefully, I'll be as successful in my passion as you are one day.

    Thank you so much. :D

  6. I agree with Rebecca. My teenage years passed three years ago, but I'm still the only one of everyone that I know that crochet. My friends all call me grandma and laugh at my hobby but I don't care I LOOOVE amigurumi, especially all of your stuff. So, thanks again. And again.

P.S. Amigurumi two needs to hurry and come out already. I preordered but I cannot wait! :D

  7. HI Ana Paula! I am so jealouse! I am such a fan of black and white dogs, I had to dogs that were black and had white on them growing up, they looked more like border collies though.. still same pattern of colors.. I am in love with your Santiago, hehehe, we almost called our little boy Santiago ;) but we went for Diego instead.

I love the pattern!!!! ooh you are like my personal devil tempting me to buy buy!! .... give me a few weeks to recover and I will go back and buy this one for sure!

    Muchos besos!

  9. We have a Boston Terrior too and he is just so much fun! We don't have a cute sweater for our little guy though ;o) The crocheted version is very cute! I love that he has his own little pillow :)

I finished Jacinta and she came out adorable! My daughter loves her... I'm going to make one for myself as well! We also got your first book in the mail and my daughter went through and told me on every picture, "I want that one, and that one..." So cute!

Hope your headache goes away quickly.
